"This is one of the good rosés on the Chilean market today, a selection of different varieties planted on granitic soils on VIK's property in the Cachapoal Valley. 10% of the wine was aged in barrels for a month, but the rest has only seen stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity character of the grapes that were harvested early in the season. The result is a perfume of red fruits and flowers and a body that's juicy and refreshing, although with very good concentration. This is a rosé for an aperitif, but also to eat with. This year’s blend is 79% cabernet sauvignon, 9% cabernet franc, 7% syrah, and, for the first time, 5% carmenere."

"Pale brass with subtle pink reflections. On the nose, hints of apple peel, some cinnamon, dried pears, plum and orange zest with background notes of blossom honey. Powerful on the palate, ripe yellow apple, subtle acidity and a fruity finish with minerality."
