TASTING NOTES

Colour

Bright and soft shades of copper and rose petals.

Scent

The Cabernet Sauvignon gives the nose ripe red berries, the Cabernet Franc adds accents of graphite and floral aromas of lavender and violet.

Mouth

Energetic and elegant; fruity with a dry finish. This rosé features stone notes of summer fruits like apricots and passion fruit with a surprising hint of citrus on the finish.

Pairing

Toast with smoked salmon, ricotta and olive oil. Pappardelle with pomodoro sauce, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
